Dance and body on screen. On March 20 and 21, the Roof presents its first Festival of Young Choreographers specially created for the digital world. For two days we pause in quarantine and live in the pulse of new artists restarting, moving and moving. The 8th Festival of Young Choreographers (ONC 8) descends from the stage and meets the audience in the only place where we can currently exist “together”, in the digital environment, through the Onassis Foundation's YouTube Channel, Onassis.org and social media. Under the motto ““we are here, dancing”, artists of the younger generation present works that they have created in the last two months, capture with movements the moment and the situation and send their message about what we experience, think, feel. And because the voices to be heard are many, this year's festival, which emerged from an open call inviting artists to create works using digital media, includes 11 new artistic projects.
