Once again the acclaimed director and actor delivers lessons on theater in his unique way
Vasilis Papavassiliou delivers a seminar dedicated to Chekhov's work to actors at the Karol Kun Art Theatre, Frynychou 14.

He's a director and an actor. He was born in Thessaloniki in 1949. His latest works include, Helen by Yannis Ritsos, Relax... Mynotis, Sichtir euro, drachma dungeons... you will sing a song, Iphigenia in Goethe's Bulls, The Adventurer... based on Chourmouz, The Marriage of Alexandrouli Rizos Ragkavis, the Cyclops of Euripides as well as two operettas by Theophrastos Sakellaridis. In total, he has directed thirty performances in an equal number of years (plays Sophocles, Goldoni, Maribo, Horvat, Bond, Shakespeare Pirandello, Molliero, Anagnostakis, Staikos, Manioti, etc.). He has translated theatrical and prose texts (Goldoni, Bond, Mollier, Bart, Sant, etc.). He was honored with honors from the Municipality of Athens, the Municipality of Chalandri, the Association of Greek Theatre and Music Critics and the Syracuse Theatre Festival of Sicily. He taught, not systematically, at drama schools and at the Theatre Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Thessaloniki.
