The Alternative Stage and the Educational and Social Actions of the National Opera, within the framework of their collaborations with social organizations, develop programs that expand artistic activities with the aim of raising awareness of children, adolescents, adults and people from vulnerable social groups. During the artistic period 2017-2018, a movement workshop entitled Dancing My Dance will take place, in collaboration with the Lighthouse of the Blind of Greece and the Panhellenic Paraplegic Association. The workshop, which will take place from Thursday 5 October 2017 and every Thursday until May 2018, at the ELS Ballet Rehearsal Rooms at the CISN, will attempt to approach kinesiological concepts such as desire, dissimilarity and dream, through the iconic figure of Miguel de Cervantes's Don Quixote Tess.
