The Onassis Foundation and Ithaka Films are proud to announce the journey of Draw with Me, scripted and directed by Konstantinos Venetopoulos, on the way to the nominations for the 93rd Academy Awards in April 2021, in the Short Documentary category. The documentary, an excerpt of which we saw on the Onassis Foundation's YouTube Channel as part of the Athens Home for All campaign in September 2020, is about the journey of a young trans person, Brendon Scholl, who uses his art as an important way out of life's challenges, along with his family. The film, which includes a special introduction by his aunt, Jennifer Lopez, as well as statements by the new US President Joe Biden, is playing on demand in America on Arenascreen until February 9, while it continues to be shown online at film festivals and major cultural organizations.
