The use of the body in everyday communication—eye contact, facial expressions, gestures, posture, and distance between two persons—are essential elements of the communication process. When these elements are absent, in an exchange without smell and body, communication is achieved through modern technology in a modified and mediated way. Mixing digital and analog communication raises questions. To what extent can a device help the artist in her presentation? Can a smart device understand what art is? Or rather, how do machines relate to the real world? The research delves into the reality of a 17-year-old boy who is in the critical process of growing up and transforming. The identification of individual identity, physical changes, the sense of belonging and the formation of political consciousness play a decisive role in the formation of personalities and civil society. Democratic participation and political expression are important steps for young people entering the adult social reality and the justice system of which they will become a member. The police often play the role of arbiter between political and existential conflicts, the technology of power and the desire of young people for change. The performance that Yota will develop as a result of this research will explore the possibilities of sketching a teenager and his life through the digital devices he uses. The audience will be invited to its room, where the digital environment will take on the role of narrator.
