The show is inspired by the story of Kaspar Hauser and the play Kaspar by Peter Hadke. This is an inconspicuous, mysterious young man who suddenly appeared in Nuremberg in 1828 with severe difficulty in speech and movement. In a contemporary reading, Kaspar is presented as an isolated being, locked in an experimental laboratory with an artificial intelligence (AI) system taking over his education.The show “TheKaspar Experiment” is an existential drama about whether the rapid advance of technological science can wipe out the raptures.
