Do as you sleep
Nicholas (Spyros Papadopoulos), a charismatic high school teacher, sees his life fall apart violently and unexpectedly. During an intense crisis in his marriage, Nicholas becomes romantically involved, overnight, with the mother of a student who has behavioral problems (Emily Koliandris). A few days later, his wife (Marina Aslanoglou) is murdered during an armed robbery in their own home, and his daughter is taken to critical condition in the intensive care unit.
Faced with family tragedy and the brutal and transgressive reality of the marginalized school at which he teaches, Nicholas tries to unravel a tangle of secrets and subterfuge in order to track down the criminals and uncover a dark conspiracy against him.
At his side is an “unusual” officer of the ELAS. (Nikoleta Kotsailidou), her persistent supervisor (Dimitris Kapetanakos) and a whole class of students, who see in his face an inspiring mentor.
The investigation reveals a series of unexpected twists and turns that will bring Nikolas into conflict with a notorious moneylender (Tasos Giannopoulos) and the dangerous world of night that he represents, but also with a gang that studies its victims in depth until they are exterminated.
