“Affection” is called SKAI's social drama that deals with abuse, trauma hidden in childhood and often defines adulthood and our ability to love ourselves and others. At a time when anger has become a movement and domestic violence is on the rise, we need to better understand the root cause of the problem of violence and destigmatize psychotherapy, which is not a taboo, but a path that can lead us to self-knowledge, redemption and balance. The series “Affection” stars Maria Nafpliotou who plays Margarita Kalogeropoulou, the Doctor, as everyone calls her. A dynamic and strong woman who has dedicated her life to understanding and solving the deepest, and perhaps most enduring, social problem: violence. The therapeutic sessions with the Doctor are: Alekos Sissovitis (Sakis), Ioannis Papazisis (Giannis), Vasiliki Trufakou (Irene), Evdokia Roumelioti (Maro), Anastasia Pantousi (Aliki), Nefeli Kouri (Keti), Sofia Priovolou (Agni), Giorgis Tsouris (Christos), Despina Giannopoulou (Dora), Marilia Mitrousi (Anna). The team of the Psychotherapeutic Center, headed by the Doctor, is staffed by Vicky Papadopoulou (Psychologist Vicky Vrana), Konstantinos Lagos (Child Psychiatrist Damianos Galanis), Yolanda Balaoura (Source, Secretary of the Center), Vasilis Milionis (Bilionis) Lee) and Maggie Souley (Myrto). Nikos Karathanos plays the role of Apostolos Kalogeropoulos, the Psychiatrist's husband.
