The contemporary art exhibition entitled “wanderlust (philapodimia) /all passports”, curated by Costas Prapoglou, organized by the urban non-profit organization artefact athens, is extended until November 24 due to the large attendance, which has so far exceeded 48,000 visitors. The exhibition is hosted at the historic Sliman-Mela Palace at 46 Panepistimiou Street. The building, the work of architect Ernest Chiller, has a multidimensional history, from family residence to educational institution and cinema. Today, it is in the renovation phase to be converted into a hotel, retaining its architectural and decorative elements. The exhibition features 44 artists with works that include multimedia installations, sculptures, painting and video. The theme revolves around philapodemia, examining concepts such as space-time and personal perception of reality.
