A professor at the School of Fine Arts, famous for the “bold” tasks she assigns to her class, gives eight students the “free subject”, leaving each one free to choose what interests them at the moment and how to develop it through the animation. Along with the personal stories of the students and the topics that each one chooses, we learn more about the teacher herself and her closest relationship with one of her students.
Festival participations — international awardsStella Theodorakis's “Free Theme” won the Silver Remi Award in the Feature Films-Experimental Category at the 53rd Houston International Film Festival/WorldFest Houston, while participating in the L'Festival Europe autour de l'Europe and was nominated for the Prix Sauvage.
