Synopsis
Case in point:
The work takes place, in a world far from our own, that differs only culturally. A world that has developed its own myths and legends. Our main plot unfolds in the kingdom of Inland, the kingdom of light, which is now in decline. There the king bases his last hopes on the marriage of his son, the only heir to the throne, to the princess of the western kingdom of the Crescent. Outside and far from the walls of the kingdom, in the forest of sighs, the little Fairy, who has reached adulthood and lives under adverse conditions, with the woman who raised her and her two children, meets the prince and his faithful friend. The first meeting is decisive for both persons, for the spark of their love. The Fairy, however, frightened at her first contact with earthly things, takes refuge again in the forest. At the same time the marriage ceremony proceeds and the princess comes to the kingdom for the wedding with the prince. There we discover that she is not the real princess she is pretending to be, but a dark being, an undead witch of the dark world. Together with her sisters, she invokes dark spells to bring back to life from the world of shadows an ancient spirit that will help them in their mission to take the power of the Inland into their own hands and change its attitude towards a creator. Three murders in the kingdom, along with that of the king, seem to determine the fate of the Inland. The Fairy's last hope now seems to be the Fairy for saving the kingdom, and the prince still seems helpless to react to the magic. Power has now passed into the hands of the Dark Queen. Determinant throughout the development of the work, is the siren and the oracle of the cave. Will the Inland kingdom finally be saved and the Fairy and the Prince finally live together?
