In the historic center of Athens, next to Kapnikarea and Agia Irini Square, a three-storey building is being reconstructed from the ground up and started its operation in October 2011. On the ground floor of Faust is the main bar along with the music stage, and the remaining two floors host theatrical performances. Corporate events can also be held at the venue. The building has two entrances, one from Athinaidos Street 12 (Karagiorgis Servias extension), which leads directly to the area of the BAR/music scene and one from the pedestrian street of Kalamiotou 11 (central entrance), which through a long corridor/Reception Bar leads to the central cash desk, the stairwell and elevator. From this point, the visitor can either re-enter the central BAR through the second internal entrance or head to the other floors of the building (Foyer/Lounge and Theatre). In total the building (together with the auxiliary rooms of the basement) has an area of 650 sq.m.
