Friday, October 6, 2017 with guest writer and literary critic Costas Voulgaris. “Box”, the iconic work of Aris Alexandros, is presented for the third year in a row at Studio Mavromichalis, directed by Fotis Makris and Cleopatra Tologou, with Fotis Makris in the central role. From the beginning of the performances (26 November 2015), the “Box” was accompanied by a series of discussions with the audience, after the end of each performance. Important figures from different spheres of public life were invited to these discussions, who approached Alexander's work and the issues arising from it in their own way, highlighting its implications to date. The audience embraced with unprecedented interest both the performance and the discussions and had the opportunity to exchange views, express questions, engage in fruitful dialogue. The cycle of discussions with the public continues this year, with the guest for the first discussion of the new year, the prose writer and literary critic, Costas Voulgaris.
