Alexandra Aidini was born on 20 November 1980 (age 45 years old) in Rome. With studies at Drama School of the New Greek Theatre of Giorgos Armenis, from which she graduated in 2005.

Before completing her studies at the Drama School of the National Theater, she starred in the film “The Weeping Meadow” by T. Angelopoulou (2004). She finally graduated in 2005 from the Drama School of the National Academy of Sciences of G. Armenian. She has worked in television and film where she collaborated with directors their A. Avrana, D. Athanite, R. Eskenazi and D. Koutsiampasako, et al. In 2016, she was jointly awarded the Melina Mercouri Award with Ioanna Pappa for her performance in The Great Chimera directed by Dimitris Tarlou.
